A sewage overflow caused a big mess. The guys from Capital took it in their stride and cleaned it all up, removing contaminated items that could not be saved. Within hours our home was back to normal. Huss was great and hardworking in a very testing environment.

I found mould in my house and Capital came to fix the problem. They removed all the mould. I was very happy with the service they provided and also with he communication from their office. I definitely recomend Capital whether the job is big or small, their team can hadle it.

We had them out as carpet in one of our bedrooms was damp. Ended up being a very expensive exercise, the staff are polite & our carpet is dry but our bank account is drained. I wouldn't recommend using them.

Huss and Frank came to our place to dry our wet carpet. They were prompt and fast and explained every step of what they did. If you have wet carpet call Capital as they have proven to us that they are experts in water damage drying and repairs.

Capital did a great job, cleaning up our home after the roof collapsed during heavy storms. They secured our home, dried and fixed everything promptly and managed all the trades. So we did not have to worry about the restoration process. All done in a few weeks. We recommend capital

The thermal camera's used by Jerry when he assessed the damage from a roof leak during heavy rain recently was truly breaking edge. The obvious wet areas were easy enough to detect as the paint had bubbled but we had no idea that the water had saturated our entire living room ceiling and had started going down the walls. All this was evident with the equipment used to assess the extent of the water damage in our home. The flood restoration program was a long one as we needed to dry out the wet ceiling and walls first, but only after the roof had been fixed so that the water leak stopped. We then had some replastering and painting done. It is great to have a professional like Jerry who know what to do managing our flood restoration program. Thank you for everything.

Jerry and Nick from CFS were terrible. VCAT ordered our landlord to fit an ensuite which had water and mould damage that extended through the floor and under the house. Instead of removing and replacing the rotted floors they just stuck some thin ply over it.

Nick was hard to contact and it would be a week or more between visits. Despite all of that, they came to VCAT and claimed that we had delayed them!! The opposite was true. We had to follow Nick up. He failed to turn up on 4 promised occasions. Luckily we had phone records to disprove their claim that we didn't answer Nick's calls.

After two months we moved out and it still wasn't finished (Picture #1).

Picture #2: left the floor like that for 8 days. Picture #3: rotten floorboards, Picture #5: their "solution": cover over the rot and the hole.

The painter they got was pathetic. Missed whole sections (cut in but forgot to roll) and the paint had cracked within 2 weeks. (Picture #5).

Claimed to be mould specialists but did not use filters to catch the mould spores during work and their own testing showed that there was still a HIGH mould reading after they had finished.

If you are a shonky landlord, CFS is for you. But I wouldn't use them on a property I owned.

Capital did a fantastic job drying our flooded carpet and water damaged walls and ceiling. They were fast and they knew what they were doing. If you suffer a flood use them they know what to do.
