  Arrived unexpectedly on the wrong day. Reasonably well meaning but 2 seemingly disorientated workers (one with his hands in his pockets the whole time) spent 10 minutes looking at the heater. Unable to fix but still seemingly quite happy to charge $160 callout fee which was never advised. Appears to be a trend with other customers. Poor.

  Friendly staff, arrived as scheduled - however were unable to help.
  
  Advised that our gas stove was unservicable due to screws that they were unable to unscrew. Cleaned as much as they could.
  
  However, given that there was no improvement and was deemed unservicable still manage to be charged for extra time. Would have preferred their expert advise that it couldn't be salvaged instead of being charged extra.

  Extremely fast & reliable service.
  My gas hot water unit needed to be replaced so via a simple Google search I came across Craig's Gas & Plumbing.
  From the time I called to the completion of the job, the total turn around time was under 4 hours on the same day. Yes that's right 4 HOURS. Fantastic service.
  The new unit was neatly installed & my old unit was also removed for recycling.
  Even the pricing was excellent.
