I wish the shop shut down ASAP.
I ordered (28th Feb) Actuarial textbooks for mid exams. It has been 5 weeks, where are my books? They should let you know at the beginning if it takes such a long time. They always told me the publisher thought they sent books out but actually they didn't
Even the semester ended I didn't have books :) What a great book store :)

Great service from the staff, my books came in quite fast and the rest of the shop is nice for gifts or just wandering around.

Try calling the ANU CO-OP bookshop on their outside number 62496244. All you currently get at any time of day is a recorded message giving the opening hours of the CO-OP and then a mesage about ordering books through the website, if that's what you want to do. Do you get to talk to a real person - no you don't. Nor do you get an option to leave a message. I tried - no-one has gotten back to me in days. So unimpressed with this lousy service I won't be shopping at the CO-OP in future, EVER.
