NRMA were extremely helpful from the moment I broke down, car had to be towed to the depot and then repairs to be carried out. Was informed every step of the way on timing and costs and was never left wondering what was happening with my car. Very friendly and helpful the entire process. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely first rate operation. NRMA Tuggeranong were tasked with replacing a timing belt on an interference engine along with replacing accessory belts, tensioner, oil seals and a waterpump replacement on my Hyundai. All genuine Hyundai parts were specified by me, ordered and installed. All of the used parts were cheerfully handed back to me in a box because l wanted to inspect the condition of those components as a measure of overall engine condition. The work was done to a very high standard indeed. No burred bolts or missing parts. No scratches to the car. No oil stains on the interior. The coolant was replaced with the correct green type to suit the engine and, to top it off, l called at midday to ask if they could undertake a rear brake shoe adjustment which l insisted on paying for. To my astonishment, they refused and performed that job free of charge. Anyone looking for extremely competent technicians and mechanics, and anyone who actually wants to preserve and maintain their vehicle, should consider giving their pride and joy to this team. If my experiences with this workshop are anything to go by, then you will not regret choosing them.

Do not take your car here, they will rip you off! After being stranded in Canberra (on the way home from the snow to Sydney after my clutch went) I was quoted $2500 just for the parts not to mention 6 hours labour to have it replaced. A few phone calls later and some 'they're trying to rip you off' comments from other service centers and I had my car fixed for just under $1700 total cost parts at $1100 and 4 hours labour. STAY AWAY

I don't go anywhere else. I trust the staff at Tuggeranong NRMA motorserve to do the best by me and my car. They always do exactly what's needed, and never overcharge. Case in point: I recently had a few mechanical worries and took it in for them to have a look. They couldn't find anything wrong after checking carefully, and i wasn't even charged. This just doesn't happen any more!! Super impressed, and I would recommend NRMA motorserve to anyone.

I booked a service though all I needed was an issue to be looked at. NRMA were accommodating to my request and fixed what turned out to be a minor issue, at no charge. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic! I feel very well looked after every time I come here. I have never had such wonderful and trustworthy service in relation to my car. These guys are on the ball, kind and considerate.They are upfront about all pricing and anticipated issues. They never give you the feeling you are being ripped off and most always provide member discounts of up to $50.

Excellent Motor Vehicle Servicing, quickly and efficient. Great with feedback and communication. The car is vacuumed and washed after each visited too.
Just some minor feedback, they don't reset my oil gauge and have nothing put the correct interval on my service sticker.response / report this review -

Friendly service when booking my vehicle for service and a text reminder the day before the service was due. The staff were all polite and helpful. I was phoned to be advised of further recommended work and given the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the work as other parts were needed and it was to cost more than the original quote. The NRMA pricing for the work performed was very reasonable by comparison with other service agents and it was performed in a timely manner. I recommend the NRMA motor service and will continue to take my vehicle there when service is required.

Once again MotorServe Tuggeranong have done a great job (which I've come to expect from them).
Booking my vehicles in for work is simple and easy, MotorServe do not have any agenda, therefore what needs to be done is done and I don't need to worry about them jacking up the work.
Staff are efficient, friendly and are prepared to keep me informed about any additional work.
I like the idea of a vehicle clean and vacuum but i do miss the lollies, only kidding.
Once again a great job, thanks guys
