Excellent service - FANTASTIC warranty service too. I'll never buy online for an expensive device again after all the warranty and service dramas compared to J&B HiFi Every time I've had an issue they just solved it on the spot Can't ask for more!

Generally very little assistance from staff who appear to be enjoying talking to each other more than actually working. Noticed this on several occasions. Also staff will often do what they can to get out of price matching

Great helpful staff, everyone is willing to help and listen to you. The staff listen to what you want and give you an actual real recommendation.

I have been dealing with the store manager, Adam, with a faulty product and he working hard to get a solution to my particular case. The best thing is that he has been keeping in touch with me, actually calling me to update me on how things are going. Its almost unheard of in regards to big store chains.

Also willing to do some great deals, have gotten some great deals as well as great service.

Will and have recommended to friends and family.

Although the guy was new to the job, could not tell from his professionalism and great service. I couldn't understand how he was new when every question was answered with great confidence. His patience and his friendly attitude made the transaction a breeze. Thank you!
