Unreliable! made a booking for work and when I went to pickup I was told that they didn't have a vehicle for me although my booking existed in their system.

I must say i was left with quite a sour taste in my mouth this morning. After picking my car up from Canberra Airport last night, i came out to it with a flat tyre. After calling thrifty, they told me to take the car back to the Canberra City office. I did this at about 8 this morning and felt as if the service i received was not acceptable. I was told to go through the blue roller door and the lady pointed straight out the door. After not seeing any roller door on this side of the road, i went into the underground carpark and drove around for 10 minutes looking for my car. I came back out and went back into the office and asked where it was and it was only then that she advised me that it was actually over the road and told me "thats why i pointed out there" . Tone is a massive thing for me and i wasn't very happy with which she spoke to me. I then went down to the area where i was to collect my replacement car and was met by another lady. I was juggling everything i had from the old rental car and i mentioned aloud the bay in which my replacement car was located and her response was "i think i can find a corolla" again, tone was disgusting. I advised her that i was there to collect a car from bay 25 and i went and found my car.
Being only new to Canberra and only having 2 customer service interactions so far and both being quite disappointing, it makes me wonder what the rest of my stay will be like. I understand it is a Monday morning but it is no excuse to have frontline staff not being that perky face of the company.
