Amazing customer service both over the phone and in person. They provided great advice about the type of deadlock to use on our front door, booked us in at a time that suited us and the locksmith who came to install was very helpful.

Friendly helpful staff and well stocked locksmiths. This physical shop location is NOT 24hrs, there is a 24hr on-call emergency service available, DO NOT show up to this location at 2am expecting to be able to get a key cut.

Salesperson had a very poor attitude, said he wasn't going to offer warranty on key supplied because it "wouldn't fit". Key easily fit but wouldn't pick up correct tumblers and when brought back with the differences easy to spot, same person tried to say it wasn't his problem and eventually recut wrong section while swearing under his breath. He also recommended API before cutting key first time.
