Rang to get a chainbar stud for a stihl. Get told 'we have heaps of them' so i drive 20 minutes to the store only to be told 'you asked for a screw, not the collar(stud) and we don't have any'.
Not much of a stihl dealer when cant get basic parts for a saw they were happy to sell you.
Super unhappy and i will never be back, i'll get my tools from E.E Day thank you.response / report this review -

Very disappointing, after reading the reviews, I feel like I was let down, 17 days to fix a spark plug, very poor service and no supervision over the apprentice who did the work, and I was going to order a ride on ! Seems like the Rat needs some competition.
