Sorry, but could it be that you had a bad day writing that review Garry Donovan?! I have been to this shop many times and have experienced the best every time. Like so many people I know who have been there, the lady who appraises and deals with the jewellery valuations has been very knowledgeable and honest and the prices paid at Alexa's Treasures were more than fair.

First expression of this place was humble until I went to get a valuation.
The person sitting on her stool conducting these valuations is one of the most disrespectful, condescending and horrible people I have came across in a long time.
Do yourself and favour and go to another jeweller.

I just saw a review regarding a lady there in this shop which "did not get up to help". Did this customer ever hear of disabilities?
To connect this shop with the word of rude is a horrible mistake. They have the best team of people working together and their friendliness and helpfulness is unique now-a-days.

Very professional and knowledgeable, with the widest range of jewellery ive ever seen. Stunning estate jewelry ( im an addict) and every gemstone under the sun in set in sterling silver and handmade. Also the largest selection of geniune Amber and the Vintage costume jewelry is in such abundance its like a museum from days past. Also alot of Antique china and new handblown glass ware. The perfect one stop place to buy a gift for every member of the family.

So rude! Never met someone so disrespectful in my life! Wouldn’t even stand up to talk about a potential sale. No help what so ever, even had the audacity to yell at her staff member to grab her a piece of jewellery (2 feet in front of her) because she wouldn’t grab it herself.
Would give a negative amount of stars if possible.

A good place to browse and add to your collection! Sales people are really on the ball. It's handy to tell them what you like as you could easily miss something. There is a ton of stock inside!!
