Our guide had us riveted by great ghost stories - and his partner, a gorgeous German shepherd, was the perfect " straight man". Definitely recommend
My wife and I have done tours around the world. For a ghost tour, Daniel 'keeps it real' - and spooky. We wont be able to look at Sydney the same way ever again. Hera the German shepherd kept us safe - and laughing a lot. Looking forward to coming back
Creepy, fun, and a great night out. Our kids loved it - and we all learned a lot on the Family Friendly Ghost tour. Thanks Daniel!
Seriously - who turns a haunted house into a child care centre? Fascinating tour. We will be coming back for the Ghouls night out Ghost tour.
Was very surprised by the small group on the Full Moon ghost tour. But we got a great tour by a real professional. Thanks Daniel & Hera!
Waited for the guy to turn up with my girlfriend for our Friday the 13th ghost tour which departs from Cammeray Square, the guy never showed, didnt even bother to call us before hand why the tour got cancelled, a total scam, wont be coming back!
Knowledgeable guy however more of a history lesson than anything else. Nothing scary about the tour. Hera the dog was more interesting. Went with a group and we all found it the same.
Told different not happy if I wanted a history lesson I can go back to school movie Bettie bow movie tells all
A truly unforgettable experience! The guide is a passionate historian, who is both incredibly knowledgeable and funny. Then you realise that what he is saying is real, and it gets creepier, and creepier.and then we got to the cemetery in the tour! Worth every penny we paid and more. Go do this!
This is not worth the money. The guide talks a lot about non ghost related facts. It feels like a lecture. It takes up 3 hours, but would be better if he could keep it to 1,5 hours. We covered 3 spots, 3 stories in 3 hours, no interaction. It would be good if eg. photos are shown on an iPad or so and focus would stay on ghost elements. The places itself definitely are interesting though.
“This tour was as much a history tour as a ghost tour – but it was that this guy is so detailed, thorough and credible, that made the tour as creepy as it was, particularly towards the end of the tour. We will definitely be taking more tours with Daniel, and Hera, his gorgeous German Shepherd!”
"It is pretty unusual when someone running a ghost tour tells you “If you don’t like history – don’t come!” and “ If you don’t like dogs – don’t come!” Yet – while this tour starts off like a history tour, as it unfolds, the ghost stories come – and we were freaked out by the end. Hera, the dog that comes on the tours is beautiful, and Daniel’s sense of humour was wicked. Really good fun!”
This was by far the biggest waste of my time and money. The tour guide has very good knowledge of the early British settlers but there was very little in the tour that actually dealt with ghosts. The first 30 minutes of the tour was him talking about his job. If this tour was something I could return for a full refund then I definitely would. Don't be fooled by the good reviews, save your money ($50 per person) and find another ghost tour in Sydney. I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me give it any less.
