The stay itself was quite nice & the resort was lovely. However, we asked for a late check the day before we where leaving and spoke to Shaun who said that was fine and we could depart at 1200pm. At 1100am on day of departure the cleaner let himself in whilst my friend and I where having showers in separate bathrooms. He then let himself in again whilst we where dressing. He said we where supposed to be out already. We told him we had a late check and where not due to check out until 1200pm, he left after. As a young lady it was absolutely mortifying & scary to come out of the shower with nothing but a towel on and be faced with a strange man in our apartment staring at me and not leaving. After this incident we contacted the office and spoke to Ann who was less then helpful, and somewhat rude, she offered no compensation for what my friend & I just experienced. In addition to this when booking we where told we would have full resort access yet when we arrived at the resort we could only use the pools. We couldn’t start a tab or have drinks by the pool like other guests or leave bags at the concierge amongst other stuff. What started off as a lovely holiday ended on such a horrible note. Would not book through these people again.

Arranged late check out til 12pm the day before we were due to depart. Spoke to Shaun who stated that was fine. At 11:00 on the day of departure a staff member entered our apartment requesting to clean it. Myself and my friend were in separate shower rooms and so wouldn’t have heard him if he had knocked. He told us ‘check out is 10am’. I stated we had arranged late check out with Shaun yesterday. I then rang the office and spoke to Anne who was quite rude and less than apologetic asking me what time I called?! As far as I’m concerned that should be irrelevant and doesn’t change the issue. Anne was also rude when we were checking in. Also, you do not get some of the resort features when you book via this way (ordering drinks to poolside or setting up a bar tab etc) and this was not explained to us on booking. Overall, would definitely not recommend booking with the boutique collection

Fabulous position overlooking beach. Spacious well equipped 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

Apartment was lovely but disappointed to have to collect keys (30 minute walk there and back😳) then no wifi and Netflix not connecting.when asked Boutique Collection, he said have you looked in the drawers for information? No information anywhereso had to ring re check out time and what to do with keys on departure..wouldn’t book with them again ☹️
