Nothing like the website advertised. Room was run down and the internet didnt work at all .all this could be overlooked. ..but the last straw was when we asked for pool towels and were told there was a $3 charge ..sorry but cant recommend at all

Had a fantastic stay! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Accommodation was spacious and clean and really was service with a smile!

If I were to return to Cairns in the future I would certainly book with Reef gateway again , very happy with the accommodation provided

The new managers are SO friendly, accommodating, and they completely went out of their way to help us with tour bookings and anything we needed. The apartment was very clean and WAY nicer than the pictures shown online. The location was about a 20 minute walk to downtown area (which can be far, especially in hot humid weather) but was completely worth it. The pool area is fantastic--lush, tropical, and quiet. We would stay here again (would LIVE here if given the chance!). Loved loved LOVED the managers Garrie and Angie!
