I have been to this drs clinic a few times,
Every time the drs run 1hr late,
The male afrian dr is very rude.
I now drive further away to a more professional clinic.

On arrival to see the doctor today I am moved by the kindness of the receptionist
I was only 2 mins late and shared my reason why and she was so genuine
The other staff also lovely
This really really lifts ones day
Many people can be rude and cold

This is an ABSOULTE JOKE of a practice, some of there practices are down right dangerous and others are just inconvenient. On my first visit I was suffering cardiac symptoms and was told to drive myself to hospital as they didn't have an ECG machine and where unable to establish if my symptoms were of concern. An ECG is a very basic piece of medical equipment which is carried on all Ambulances and is in almost all doctors practices.

On the second occasion I made an appointment to have an ear cleaned out after receiving advice from a hearing specialist. I made an appointment with the nurse to have this 1-2 minute procedure completed, I thought they would be at least capable of this WRONG waited almost an hour, with no other patients in front of me before I rescheduled as I was on my lunch break, to be told to come back after 5, I return at 5 to be told the practice nurse finishes at 3 and the doctor is unwilling to do the procedure.

Through good luck, they have not done any harm to me, but it is only a matter of time before the incompetence of this clinic has terrible results.
