Excellent customer service. Purchased tiles in February 2018 and needed to locate the receipt. TFO went above and beyond trailing through old systems for almost 2 weeks to find us a replacement copy. Great to see that their after service was so amazing. Even when I wasn't providing any new business, they still were extremely helpful and considerate.

Great staff on standby eager to help. Gets very busy but plenty of staff waiting to be of assistance. I was served by Daniel who was very dedicated and helpful! Made my experience at TFO a positive one.

But, I would suggest to TFO to have more range of designs as I found it was very limited in styles. The store was spread out with the same particular tiles just in various sizes which at first sight makes the showroom look very full of tiles but in fact limited in styles. I think you were also lacking unique designs in your range.

I must add that prices are somewhat competitive! I'm guessing that's probably why most the products in stock is based on common styles only.

Overall it is worth a visit. Nice simple tiles at fair prices. Just don't expect to find a range of show-stopping pieces.

Listed as open on website yesterday, Anzac Day, but they weren't. At least website should say "hours may vary on public holidays". A 3 hour round trip.
A little more respect for their customer's time would be great.

I have been purchasing tiles from TFO Tile Factory Outlet for years. Their display showroom is big and has a huge variety of great quality tiles available at very reasonable prices. They even have a clearance section where you can find some really great bargains. They do not deliver but will give you the details of truck drivers you you can call to organise delivery.

We had a great experience with Tile Factory Outlet. We chose tiles for outside pillar and Indoor fireplace. We visited them a couple of times & each time we were given great advice on options. The tiles here were much cheaper for the same product that was being sold by large retailers. We are very happy with the price and service.

Fred served us initially to buy the tiles. He was professional and friendly. Since then i have visited tfo to purchase tile adhesives and grout and Fred was the right person to go to. He knew what i was after and helped me select the right colour and was kind to load my order in my car. Great customer service. Thanks Fred.

FRED! remember that name. Highly Professional, Knowledgeable, Patient, and much more to describe this gentleman that assisted us in choosing tiles for our duplex. He understood our needs and assisted us in matching our bathroom tiles. It was because of Fred that we chose different sets for each of the 9 bathrooms we have and didn't choose the lazy option using the same tiles for all bathroom.

Don't bother shopping elsewhere we found their tiles to be of Italian and Spanish quality at half the price we had seen them elsewhere. We also found the warehouse setup was very easy to browse through.

Customer service was also fantastic whether it was over the phone or in store.

Never reviewed anyone before but this placed deserved one.

Great service! Went the extra mile to help us out after our tiles turned out to not be appropriate for the space - even though it clearly states in their terms and conditions that they did not have to do that. Prices are unbeatable and the selection is great quality reflective of the latest tile fashions. We will definitely be back!

Delivery incorrect tiles and missing tiles twice. this is unprofessional.. These tiles are cheap, but they miss the tiles when delivery and you have to accept travel again and again for incorrect tiles.

After visiting many tile shops in Sydney for my home, I could not believe how expensive the tile market was for quality stuff. I knew about tfo before visiting but I had to ask the shops I visited why their tiles were significantly so much more than TFO's prices. The responses varied from factory seconds to end of line/discontinued products. After being urged by my builder to consider giving tfo a visit, it was worth my time and money. They actually import the stuff themselves and from reputable brands too. My advise- do your own research and give these guys a visit. They don't actually sell factory seconds and what ever smallish quanities they have left in stock, they clear out in a half price room so I made the most of it for my bathroom floor tiles. It was well worth my time and money well spent. My tiles look great!
