Great customer service, I was actually at Harvey Norman's several staff free made no contact to assist my wife and I. Served straight away by Jb Hi Fi staff with great knowledge cheers got Go Pro 6 for great deal and accessories. Happy customer

Edited: JBhifi used to be a great place to shop but recently the Erina store has dropped its game. I was totally insulted today by a middle aged salesman with glasses in the music section who has absolutely no idea how to treat a customer and has no idea about his products. I will never step foot on this store again after spending tens of thousands since they opened.

Helpful staff and very convenient prices on technology. I've found many CDs at extremely inflated prices, I can get brand new CDs much cheaper on eBay or in Sydney record stores.

Monday night not enough staff wasnt able to be served as i was told to wait around which i did for a while and eventually walked out was very disappointed. I ended up walking down to good guys just before close and told them about my experience and they were able to fix me up with a galaxy s8 for $50 less than jb while jb had it down already i was in and out of the store with a new phone in exactly 6min

This store can be a bit hit and miss depending on the person you deal with. Sometimes I leave feeling like I have genuinely been looked after whilst other times I regret going. It would be nice if there was more consistency in the store staff.

Everything you'd expect from a JB, great range, friendly staff and good prices. Bring a HOME store means you also get the added range of their home appliances. Parking is usually easy enough and the store layout is always easy to find where you need to go.

So many things are different at this store. They won't negotiate on price - especially on sale items. However, if you go to another store they will. I was buying some electronics for Christmas and was told they couldn't budge on price, so went into the Sydney store and asked about best price on the same item. No problem at all, they took a bit more off, so brought from the Sydney store. Also, I purchased a mobile phone outright from this store and was told that once the box is opened there is no return for change of mind (fair enough). Oh and by the way, we open it in store to protect you against damage etc. What?! You've got to be kidding me, so basically the choice you offer that I can change my mind is negated by YOU opening the phone. If you are that desperate for a sale, things must be bad. Sort yourselves out Erina.

Waited 30 minutes before walking out. Wanted to buy 3x gear fit2 but no sales people around. Bullshit service bought else where.

Logically they have something wrong in their process. I did not need a sales person as i had already decided to buy. I just needed someone to hand me the boxes so i could proceed to check out.
