My worst day was in this store rude , ,unhelpful. i couldn't believe myself that customer service does exist in Australia. we should all refer to their head office. never again set my foot on Stratco Australia. oh please just try it yourself.

The staff at this store are woeful. Within the same week I had two experience that simply beg the question, why are they there?
Firstly I attended the store and was 'assisted' by a man who was generally uninterested and unhelpful. Two days later I rang to ask a question about a product, the staff member didn't know the answer and offered to find out and call me back. I didn't receive that call back. Woeful!
