  Great place! Come here all the tome to get home improvement equipment. Very well stocked and the counter guys are generally very helpful. Love the sausage sizzles.

  Once we found someone to help us they were very helpful. Staff levels were very low especially near Christmas. Some products you had run out of. All in all it was a good experience only due to the people who helped us, one in tool shop and other in fixings.

  IT'S MY FAVOURITE TOY STORE VERY FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF WHO KNOW THEIR HARDWARE AND WHERE TO FIND WHAT UR LOOKING FOR AS WELL AS GREAT ADVICE 👍👍👍👍

  If you are trying to diet and lead a healthy life style stay away. Those sausages they grill up right outside smell absolutely amazing (I am not much of a meat eater) that even I find it hard to resist. The staff are very friendly and have helped myself and my husband numerous time when were stuck with a few DYI projects.

  Good specials, everything for my veggie patch - from the oil paint x maintenance and soil & plants x my garden. Friendly staff and easy to access. Plenty of parking but be patient on weekends. It is full 🌱

  I had been wondering around building supplies looking for products I thought might be appropriate for various jobs I had. I asked a female attendant at the back door counter if someone could help me. She directed me to the paint area where the assistant directed me back to the same area I had come from!! After expressing my disappointment about being sent back and forth he then made suggestions on what I could use.. My next experience was in the tiling section. I asked another female behind the counter for help, who said the assistant had another customer to attend to before assisting me. Fair enough, but after 15mins of waiting I gave up. In all I was there for 1hr for a few items. Not a pleasant experience.

  rude staff all of them are clueless they are as clumsy as they are stupid! irish bloke out the back hire shop needs to clean his ears out instead of saying what every 5 seconds and walk off ugly staff never going back masters was nicer

  I feel very sorry that I went to Bunnings Campbelltown about 9 days ago. The worst customer service ever experienced. I called them to check if they had the stock of an item. After the confirmation that they had 2-3 in stock. I went there to only experience the worst service ever. When I asked to place an order to one of the customer service attendant. She asked me to go and check the stock in the shelf pointing out somewhere where the actual product does not even exist. I told her that I did call someone just 30min ago and confimed that they had 3 in stock. She didn't bother about checking in the system or ask someone who can help. However there were more than 5 attendants and 2 customers while 4 of them were doing nothing but chatting. I did fill up a complain form and it was disposed somewhere infront of me but I was asured that someone will call me to reply. Someone then asured that they will deal with my order first thing the next morning and I have not heard anything from anyone till today after 9 days. Probably I am a asian guy so I dont count nothing to them. They cant be racist, I hope but yes I am sure they are blazzers. And two ladies who asured me to call me for my product after checking delivery details and one who asured me that my complain will be dealt strictly, what a innocent liars.
