Not a pleasant experience! Customer service from the guys at the front counter isn’t too bad, they’re helpful, although the tool mechanic upstairs has not been nice at all! I have spent thousands of dollars on tools there - but every time i’ve had to deal with the mechanic he’s always been rude and cutting the conversation quickly to avoid me asking questions or getting further explanation on the situation, also makes assumptions on how i’ve used the tool and broken it which wasn’t actually true or accurate.

Do not deal with this outlet. They illegally hold large sums of your money for 15 days or more and make up alternating stories. Their 30 day money back guarantee comes with a lot of hidden Terms and Conditions not stated on their website. Do yourself a favour, go to their opposition across the road. They are true gentlemen and are properly trained to provide customer service and customer satisfaction.

Good team here.
If they dont have it in stock at the store they help out by asking other local stores if they have it in stock and get it put aside for you.

Not this store fault but every time they call another store, They are told its in stock but they haven't actually checked, so when you've wasted 30mins driving to other stores its not even in stock its annoying.

long story short if its not here get it ordered in to castle hill.

We went in on this store undercover. What a disapointing experience. The vast range of quality tools backed by poor service. The staff were more interested in what was going on on thier mobile phones than trying to help us buy a product. It was as if we were interupting them buy being in the store. Should the place be re-staffed with enthusiastic knowlegable people it would be epic but unfortunatley you have failed miserably guys.

Sydney F ools Castle Hill would not replace a brand new Milwaukee rotary hammer drill despite the gears crunching and slipping under very minimal load. They had their repair/service joker look at it . He turned it on with no load and said it was OK. The manager, Nathan Tos ser, said under no circumstances would Milwaukee allow a replacement. I rang Milwaukee and spoke to a rep. He sent me to another centre, Total Power Tools, nearby which assessed the drill, found it to be faulty and immediately ordered a replacement even though it wasn't purchased from them. Simon, from Total Power Tools was very polite and efficient. Nathan Tos ser, the manager from Sydney F ools at Castle Hill, is a failure in every respect, rude, arrogant and incompetent. Obviously dishonest or not as important as he thinks he is because Milwaukee replaced the drill without hesitation once a more trustworthy repair centre (Total Power Tools Castle Hill) made the request.

Working on a project in the Castle Hill area and looking to replace my cordless tools and various power tools, I dropped into Sydney Tools Castle Hill store to check them out.
I was greeted by Mr Frank Nirello and he could not do enough for me. Frank made sure I was getting the best quality at the best prices for the items I needed. His technical advice and service was excellent.
Being in business for over 20 yrs and dealing with many tool shops in the past, it's refreshing to know that there are people like Frank that will help find what is best for you and not only what is best for the store.
I will continue to purchase there in future and recommend other tradies check them out. Thanks Frank, keep up the good work.

Good selection and service however you need to know the prices listed on sydney tool site before purchasing cause this place is notourious for charging % on top of advertised price so keep an eye on the site or pay the xtra price will over charge and tell ya its a good price cheeky phckers.

I have been buying bits and pieces from Sydney Tools at Castle Hill for years. So when it came time to get a whole new suite of cordless tools I headed in for some advice and after half an hour of Joel's' time I walked out with a couple of grand worth of Milwaukee 18 volt gear. His knowledge of the competitive set and an understanding of my requirements was fantastic.
I've been back a few times since for a couple of extra batteries and skins and always get looked after with fast and efficient service and a great price.
I will be back there again soon I'm sure ! Give me a Sydney Tools jacket and I will spread the word further !!

Was there on the weekend, and am pretty happy. Mick helped me out - they didn't have the kit I was after, but Mick managed to put together a kit that was pretty close for much the same price. Service was pretty quick, which I was glad of, because I had the wife and kids waiting in the car while I ducked in. So far no issues with the tools, so looks pretty good. Only downside (and this is my fault) is that because it was a made up kit, I didn't grab the skin boxes when I left, which means I don't have the usual pamphlets for the individual components and the offset guide that comes with the circular saw.

Had a tremendous time there. I was looked after by Mick Bower whose knowledge of the products and recommendations saved me a considerable amount without the sacrifice of quality. upon entering the store i was immediately made to feel comforted by micky and his majestic red beard which i believe to be the spawning ground for all tool knowledge. as winter is fast approaching, i only wish i had the ability to take up residence in The Tool Gods chin curtain which i imagine would fulfill my dreams of living inside a pillow. peace out Mick/Micky/The Tool God
