Fairly quiet place to shop in compared to other bunnings, I guess it just depends if I come on a buzy day the shop would have more staff around specific sections so I could have got what I wanted quicker

Nice and friendly staff. Huge variety of hard ware, house hold. Plumbing, kitchen, timber, tile and outdoor products. Always something on special price or discount. Large area to look around.

Always been a satisfied customer at Villawood Bunnings until today, disgraceful customer service by a female manager named Jessica serving me for returning an item. Previous customer service mentioned I have the right to return the item as I am still within the return policy period, and due to the item not functioning correctly. Once arrived back to Villawood Bunnings with the appropriate debit visa card (The first refund could not be processed as I did not have my card for the money to be refunded on), there was a switch at the cashier and was then served by Jessica. The Item totaled around $400 and was given only a $48 Bunnings voucher receipt, with no attempt to assist me further what so ever, providing me nothing but inconvenience with a rude and disrespectful attitude towards good customer service. Otherwise, Villawood Bunnings has perfect, moral and ethical proceedings when dealing with customers and have always been happy doing business with Villawood Bunnings. Due to me having the right the return those goods, I contacted Bankstown Bunnings Warehouse and had a conversation with the manager about my problem. I then drove to Bankstown Bunnings, excellent customer service was served by Karen, assisting me correctly and providing me a full refund due to the item not working correctly. Overall, I think Bunnings both at Villawood and Bankstown in general have excellent customer service, however in my opinion and perspective, I would consider Bunnings management to further assess if manager Jessica is fit for her position at Villawood Bunnings. Apologies for the poor review, but I would rather another customer not have the same experience as I did, thank you.

Been here more than 1000 times especially last year where I had to do a lot of renovations to our house. Friendly staff always expected to hear a greeting as soon as you walk in. Large warehouse and knowledgeable staff. Sometimes it hard to find a person to help because they are busy helping others.

The range of products is huge. Team members are helpful and friendly. If you happen to find the price of an identical item else where cheaper, they beat it!
Oh, and they usually have BBQ happening outside, and it tastes good.response / report this review
