It's a bit tricky to drive in when you're travelling West bound along Parramatta Rd. Recommend to turn right at Day St and use the drive way down the back of the store.

The staff are very helpful and I like the greeting they give you at the front of the store. It's not as big as the Alexandria store but very much worth visiting for your regular supplies. The guys at the paint counter are patient and very knowledgeable. There can be a bit of a wait for service at times

We got here pre-coffee time, right from the door we were greeted with smiles and 'good mornings' that extended to all the other staff that were on shift and made you feel visible and that we can ask for help. We've got a big diy project and visited dozen stores around NSW but the staff and management in Lidcombe are doing something unique and different! Well done!

Odd lay out, no open tills only 1 person at service desk + tool shop serving. BBQ not cooking yet at nearly 10am on a Sunday. I'll stick with a more popular bunnings in future

At bunnings, you know what you're getting and most stock the same products. My rating reflects really good service, helpful staff and a product range that's excellent. Parking is no problem. Getting out onto Parramatta Rd can be slow. Suggest going out the back exit and using the intersection up the road.

Great customer service ,I go most of the time.kids love it , facepainting etc. Busy compacts store. Store is a little compacted.trade area is great. I can drive in and pick up your things right away.but may need to wait on those busy days. Store would be better if it was much bigger.have had to go to rydlemere as not all Items are always found eg Ridgi. Plants.

Confusing in the nature of the shop itself for females like me, those staff members are really helpful even i couldn't name the item that i needed but they managed to guess, showed me where those things were, and gave me advise ! Slightly messy but it's crazy to just go in there! I wish they could provide 'come with me and fix them all for me' services!
