Luv going there.
Today i was given a free Four'n Twenty Chunky Pulled Pork Pie I've never seen one b4 it was nice .. the lady from the kiosk shop inside Bunnings was closing up for the day and it was the last one that was left in the oven warmer and she gave it to me as i was passing by. Xx ☺

Good variety in the warehouse. The garden section has helpful team members and many plants and accessories to do the garden up.

Everytime I've gone in staff either walk with head down or turn the other way. I went in to get some garden beds this morning, I walked around for help and no one in sight. The only person that could help me just said "it should be outside" very helpful. 👎 unfortunately this is the closest one to me.

Worst customer service consistently everytime. As its near my place had to go there.and every time we asked for help on any product or plant. the shop person present there did said.sorry i don't know anything about this i am just doing my job!!!
Shop management. u should do something to educate ur people. Bunnings is not only about selling goods the type of goods u sell will need some experts help to decide for people like me who are not tradies.
Worst service every time.

I have been standing in the paint shop waiting for someone to mix paint for the last 10 minutes while 2 people in Bunnings shirts talk to each other about their kids. Approached by someone in a Dulux shirt in the end and then when the Bunnings did help their service was terrible.

If is wasn't for Bunnings vouchers I would have gone to Robertsons Paint Barn at St Mary's.

Service at the checkout was great though.

Being a regular customer holding a Trade Card, had temporary card emailed to me, n chashier didn't want to use it and said it's not legal.
They should have knowledge of their own store cards.

Very bad customer service, Call the store to confirm if they have specific product in stock First lady says yes but not sure about price, she tells me she is just a receptionist.
Got put on hold for several minutes then finally another lady answers she says I do not know I will put you through to electrical, again long pause finally same lady picks up and says they have stock but was unsure of the price..
Now this is a specific destination store it is not in a plaza where there are other options and choices so going to the store to get a specific item which may or may not be there which may or may not be competitively priced, is not the best idea.
So big thumbs down to half information being given, and for waiting on hold for ages.
