Great range of products. Very helpful staff. And the store allows dogs within the store. So that's a plus.

Rude staff today no one on the cash desk had to pay for my items in the tool shop lady in the tool shop could not calculate my change correctly, they did not have the ladder i wanted to buy in stock. Perhaps the worst bunnings i have been to. Put my recipt in my wallet as i had my hands full then the female asks to stamp my recipt at exit Its not like bunnings gives you shopping bags, seriously dumb staff at this store.

I asked a girl called Kezia a list of 4 things I needed - Kez knew her products so well she rattled off Aisle numbers I needed instantly. Made my job so much easier.
It's staff like this who will encourage me to return.

The staff at the counters are the rudest I have come across in any Bunnings store. Instead of politely asking questions, they simply snap as the customer is an inconvenience to them. Sad to see a company which advertises as the go to place for 'DIY assistance' has no culture of actually teaching their staff customer service basics.
