I had shutter blinds installed in my last place,
Now I've moved to another house, I didn't hesitate to call Suttle Shades. Very professional, informative and friendly.

My wife and I decided it was time to replace the curtains in our lounge room which has a western aspect and felt that Luxaflex would be the quality product we would prefer to go with. The owner of the business came out and measured up the windows and then provided a costing on the spot for us to consider. The quality and style of the shutters was what won us over, along with the product guarantee. So we felt it was time to proceed.
Suttle Shades were able to advise an instillation date and time and were on time and within our budget from beginning to instillation.
My wife and I are delighted with the end product and would have no trouble recommending Suttle Shades and Luxaflex for both a professional job and courteous staff.

Tony came out to give us a quote on a retractable awning. He gave us some ideas on what to get and materials and colours. Gave us a good price so we went ahead with it. We had a couple of small issues with the awning but they came out promptly and they were resolved. Great service.

Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful with measuring up and helping me choose the best product for what would best suit my place with future renovations in mind.
Rose was lovely to deal with and always responded quickly.
Sam who came to install them was a really lovely and polite young bloke, he left the place tidier then when he arrived and did a quick and brilliant job.
They were a very pleasant and accommodating business/team to deal with and it’s all turned out exactly how I imagined it. I’m beyond happy.

Contacted Suttle Shades regarding an issue with a roller blind spare part. Unfortunately they could not provide the part,but were more than happy to direct me to a supplier.They could not have been more helpful and in the future when we require any window furnishings,they will be our choice of supplier.Nellie and Rose changed a frustrating experience into an absolutely pleasureable experience

Arrogant and rude. Felt like I wasn't good enough to be provided with a quote. I never bothered going ahead with the quote because the person doing the site visit and estimate was so rude and disrespectful. Stuffed if I'd do business with people like this.
