  Don’t go with this people as they will promise u something and they will not deliver same thing. Again they going to hang up on u if u raised any issues.

  Have brought a lounge a year ago and now a buffet! Great price compared to most and excellent quality ! Service is good too! Highly recommend, they will negotiate too unlike major retailers !

  Terrible and rude customer service. Went to buy a lounge and lady at the desk was very rude in answering questions and not willing to listen to customer needs. Good lounge doesn't come cheap and support after purchasing is important! And I would not recommend to shop at a place where before sales is arrogant and can only imagine afterwards. Glad we didn't proceed!

  Fantastic customer service! We purchased full bedroom suite, lounge suite and never had an issue with the furniture, great quality and was given a really good deal. Will definitely shop here again, extremely sorry as we purchased last year from you guys and couldn’t be more happier. Upon having everything delivered, the delivery guys offered to put my lounge together for me and also was very friendly and easy to communicate to as to where I wanted everything placed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  DO NOT SHOP HERE!
  One of the worse experience I've ever had. I had purchased a sofa with full payment and finalised the delivery date, last minute i had received A call from the store owner saying that they "are out of stock!" & if i could come into the store and choose another sofa or refund. They didn't even give me 24hr notice.
  i had then decided to purchase another sofa, i had also paid for assemble. On the day of delivery i had mentioned it to the driver that we had paid for it, he had then called the owner and then handed over the phone to me, the owner had said that we didn't pay and spoke very rudely. i had told him and also showed the driver my paper work that was provided by the store owner himself that was written in black and white that "assemble is paid". The driver said something in his language and walked off without me signing off the paper work.
  I had also purchased a mirrored clock and when i had taken it out of the box it was cracked and broken. When i called the owner about this he said that its not responsibility and hang up the call.
  
  Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
