Cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Tuggerah Tiles, especially Cheryl who went to considerable lengths to ensure we found what we wanted. Very knowledgeable about all things tile. Gave us samples to take home to test on site. Once we ordered, the tiles arrived quickly and were delivered by Chris using a fork lift to locate them exactly where we wanted them stacked. A most pleasant experience all round.

Be careful! Have to pay a 20% ‘stock fee’ and organise your own postage if you’re exchanging a good from the same supplier! Customer service was very disappointing, no follow up with the supplier to negotiate a fair outcome … As much as I support small business, at least Bunnings has an excellent returns and exchange policy.

Staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate my order even though they were experiencing IT issues at the time. My order arrived a couple days later which was much quicker than the competitors. So very happy with my purchase. I've already recommended Tuggerah Tiles to my mates, and I will certainly be back to order more.

Alan, Brooke and their team have wonderful customer service and an excellent range of tiles. While looking for a kitchen backsplash tile, I went to 4 other tile stores before going to Tuggerah Tiles. I wish I had gone there first! They have a much wider variety of tiles compared to competitors and I was able to take a range of tiles home and return them the next day, for no charge. At another store you had to pay $20 to buy a sample tile, and keep it, which personally I was never going to do. They have very affordable options and Brooke was happy to go the extra mile while helping me select the right style and size for our kitchen. In the future when I need tiles or bathroom fittings, I will only be heading to Tuggerah Tiles!

Looking for ideas for an ensuite renovation we visited Tuggerah Tiles. We were greeted and assisted by two very helpful ladies. They listened to our thoughts, advised us of what was available and gave us books and samples for us to take home. Nothing was an issue for them. It was a surprisingly positive, helpful and fun experience thank you Cheryl and Robert the Tiler's wife (sorry did not get your name)..
