Some great designer furniture, friendly staff. It's a large warehouse, small door with bell for somebody to come and open it.

I didn't see a lift so accessibility might be an issue (but check with them as there might be a lift).

Delivery of products service is poor not the drivers or transport the team that work there do not make an effort to get the products to you at all , I’d not recommend this company at all but elsewhere

Confirmed lead time prior to my purchase . My item was 4 weeks late . When it arrived I was called to pick up my item and wasn’t even offered complimentary postage until I asked for it . When I asked for a refund it was refused and was told to read T&C ! Wouldn’t shop Hub again

The staff in the showroom are a pleasure to deal with and the product is amazing.
