Helpful staff and a good range of gear for the aspiring mechanic.
Some staff dont understand what they're doing but try there best. go in knowong whag you need and dont rely on the workers (unless they know what they're saying)
Staff are really helpful, had what I needed
Decent range of products but need to restock car batteries that are completely sold out.
Great place to purchase headlight lamps. Helpful staff.
Good range, but terribly inexperienced staff.
I have been a sporadic customer here for years, using this store when I need something urgently and can't wait for delivery.
My advice, unless you know precisely what you want, I wouldn't bother coming to this store. I understand the team is made up of late teens/early 20s, but it appears no one here knows all that much about cars, sales, or customer support.
I have had consistently poor service most visits, whether it be simple things like staff not saying hello or being rather unenthusiastic to be at work, to more glaring concerns like poor/incorrect recommendations.
However, the experience that prompted this review happened today. I was in the area and needed to replace my brake light and licence plate light. A simple job, but I was pressed for time. My intention was to pop in, use their fitment service whilst I go get lunch across the road. I informed the young gentleman of the bulbs he would need and opened the boot. The rep ran his finger over the lining of the boot with a puzzled look on his face, and said he would need to go get his manager. His manager came out, a young kid, probably no older than 21. The manager looked in my boot and said it's too complicated. I laughed and said "come on mate, you just have to remove the 2 philips screws and a couple of plastic caps", but he was adamant is belonged in the too hard basket.
Long story short, I bought the bulbs and spent 15 mins doing it myself. You guys could have made $20 of pure profit if your team was capable, not to mention my returning business.
Why offer a fitting service? If your team is so ill-equipped to pull of a bit of trim to fit a light bulb, how the hell can you expect them to change batteries or top up fluid for mechanical components?
It's ok. Stuff members need more training on the products they sell and the specials they have in the store.
Shopped here a few times without issue. Always had what I needed.
Good store for general parts, but were missing brake pads for my car.
Staff are helpful, but you will have to ask for assistance.
Been dealing with these folk as a DIYer and even if they might not have certain things in Stock are generally very helpful going the extra yard.
Good service usually, decent range and prices.
