My partner went into the shop the other day, looking for a BMW head light - not only was the staff completely rude and unwilling to help. They told me I shouldn't have bought a BMW because there parts were expensive. Well, guess what I own a BMW and I needed a globe for my car. Unwilling to help, or order in the part - they told me it would cost approximately $80 for the part required. We left the store.
I just went to your competitor's store and purchased the part I need for $13.00. Never ever again, will I go to your store, as this isn't the first time i've had issued with your staff being rude. I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to go to a different store.

this new store is great, fresh and full of stock. everything was easy to find and the staff were very helpful and super friendly. a great experience and I'll certainly be happy to return to this store.

Through an email, I was made aware of a sale in store and on their site. I went in to purchase a dashcam and Jayden was extremely helpful and took time to explain the different models, pricing, etc. Went with the front and rear cam model as it seemed like the right choice for my needs. Was extremely happy with the price and was even happier that I got a further discount as I had previously signed up for their loyalty points system. On installing the dashcam and doing a trial run I found that this particular model didn't record the speed the car was travelling at. I returned to the store to see if it was possible to have it swapped for a different model. Jayden was assisting another customer and after he finished, was able to sort everything out for me with a minimum of fuss. All of the store personnel here are extremely efficient, professional and courteous. The store stocks a vast range of products and on my last visit I found that they even sell plastic storage bins (in different sizes) that people normally would shop for in a hardware store down the road. Definitely a 5⭐ experience

This Supercheap Auto store is easy to miss if you're not looking closely. Travelling north on Bridge Road, you have to slow down before you get to it as it is a tight turn. The adjoining garage seems to own the parking spaces in front so it's best to park to the left of Supercheap Auto or around the back. Be wary of a large white metal post in front of the store which has dented quite a few cars in the ten years I've been going there. Currently they seem to have fixed it by placing old tyres around it. Inside is a nice selection and pleasant staff.
