I’ve been here twice, once to send a Christmas present, and a second to question why it hadn’t been delivered nearly a month later both times the staff were equally unhelpful. I think Aus post needs to look at the way they log information for postage because not being able to look up an address to see where an item is is appalling. Also would have been nice to be given a tracking number to search for the item I think next time I’ll just drive to Sydney to deliver my mail myself 😑

Incredibly helpful! I had an issue with a gift card and the gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to help. He called the company and explained the situation and then put me on the phone with them and we got it all sorted. It’s always such a pleasure when you encounter genuine and unexpected great service.
