Up four flights of stairs so be aware if you are not able to do stairs - this should be advertised so people know. Quite a small space and extremely stuffy - walked in, sat down and found I could not breathe properly. Had to ask them to put the ceiling fan on but it didn’t work. Staff were great though and opened door and put aircon on. Instantly made a difference. Food and service was really good and quick. Waitresses were great. Toilets are terrible - small & toilet seat was completely off. I end up walking out. Seems very popular with young adults - good atmosphere.

Good Mexican restaurant that fills up quickly so booking help. Located up several flights of steps. Service friendly but a bit slow when busy. Good food.

The food is good and affordable with a groupon voucher. Voucher condition requires you to order a drink. The meals have reduced in size from 2 years ago. The cornchips and salsa are complimentary and delicious. The salsa uses fresh herbs and is top notch. The cornchips are so crunchy.
The service is okay and quite friendly. Sometimes it's very friendly, largely dependent upon who you get serving you on the day.
NOTE:
Bear in mind to make a booking or phone ahead just to ensure the restaurant is open as they don't open as per advertised opening times.
I experienced this sadly. The restaurant is very quiet and maybe this is why.

Ordered chicken tacos – they were served at a good temperature, but everything else was middling at best. The "herbed" chicken was flavourless and there was even barely any salsa or cheese to atone for the blandness.
To add insult to mediocrity, the waitress was unfriendly and curt when taking my order and serving the food. She also left my food on the counter for at least 5 minutes even though she repeatedly saw it, instead pretending to be busy.
Stick with Guzman Y Gomez for a budget Mexican meal.response / report this review -

Not bad, very friendly staff and fair prices for lunch. Authentic Hispanic atmosphere but the food was just meh.
