Can only go on what I've been told by residents (good friends) who have recently moved in. All initial reports are good. First thing to notice is that this "retirement village" is in fact of the five-storey variety. Big bonus is its location, being right in the heart of Maroochydore -- close to The Plaza Shopping Centre and picturesque Buderim, the Maroochy River and of course several great Sunshine Coast beaches. My advice is (since I only visit the complex) go check out the place. 😃
