Exceptional service at The Christmas Elves in Preston, really go above and beyond for there customers. There decorations are amazing and prices are very reasonable. Have been going there every year.

I have been going to this store for the past 12 months and absolutely love it .
The selection is HUGE , the staff are great and they really know their products and are willing to assist every time.
There returns policy is second to none, and they have a great customer loyalty program which entitles you to discounts.
No need to go anywhere else.
Christmas Elves is the place to go for EVERYTHING CHRISTMAS !!!!

I ordered a real christmas tree online and it was delivered the next day! The tree is stunning, being very bushy and full. My family are very impressed. Great service and Alicia was fantastic keeping me updated about delivery via text/call. Will definitely re-order next year!

I came back to the Christmas Elves store today and have to say the store is looking amazing. The Christmas Trees this year are soo beautiful.

What a beautiful Christmas store, loved walking in to Santa hanging above your head, it's Christmas everywhere you look. I bought new decorations and lights this year - i was inspired to change colour themes with so many to chose from.

The staff or should I say Elves were so helpful. Thanks again.
