Average customer service from the outset, became worse as time went on. Absolutely no assessment of delivery conditions, we had stairs to our apartment, they didn't bother to ask about prior to delivery, sent 1 delivery guy who left our expensive wardrobe mirrors in the foyer of our apartment downstairs uncovered and on rough pebbles without advising us. Nil compensation or apology for this. Instead they made us wait 2 weeks for measure up of our shower and then cancelled on us. DONT BOTHER! GO SOMEWERE ELSE and save yourself the time.

I wish I could write a good review about this company but unfortunately I cannot. I emailed during the Christmas break requesting someone attend to provide a quote for two wardrobes. No response. In early January 2016 I called and was told the earliest possible appointment was 21 January 2016. I booked it, and made arrangements for someone to be home during business hours, because the quotes are only done during those hours.

However, that person waited at my house all day and nobody turned up! I was not called or otherwise notified the quote could not be done. At 4.00pm on 21 January 2016 I called Flexi Robes but the girl could not assist me and told me someone would call back. No call back. So today I called and spoke to the girl who took my original call on 6 January 2016 (Naomi) who informed me they simply didn't have my appointment on the system and she had no recollection of speaking to me about an appointment.

A total waste of time and effort. I contacted and received a number of quotes from several other cabinet makers, each of whom turned up on the day and had the courtesy to contact me if they were late. I would recommend going elsewhere, and having seen other reviews online, I wish I hadn't wasted my precious time with this company.
