Cairns Store selling second hand or used furniture . But sales person advices it’s been floor stock. But it’s not manager has confirmed. When leather peeling off after 2 weeks Customer care team keep advising to keep and offer store credit . We not want to go back Amart at all. The warrenty is shocking.
Think twice about buy. There very poor quality.

Great service, ordered the wrong out door setting, The manager was very understanding and change my setting with on extra charge, does not happen in other stores once the goods have been assembled, staff very helpful, far cheaper than other stores in cairns, one stop shop many thanks.

The store is easily accessible. There's a great range of furniture and other accessories. They have plenty of stock on the floor set up with example decor. The staff were friendly. They were there for questions and knew their goods well. And it didn't feel as though they were pestering. Overall we had a good experience and even bought a lounge.

I've visited here to buy an office desk. I found one that I loved but I had to order because they haven't got enough stock. I thought 2 weeks waiting is fine. After 2 weeks, no one called me for picking my stuff up so I came by the shop while I went to market. Staff said I need to wait another a week. I was little frustrated but I decided to understand them because it's Cairns After a week from that day, still nobody called me. I made a call to check my order. I can't believe!! They asked me another week without any apology. Amart has not only poor system but also poor customer service. I'll never buy anything there.

We had an issue with a Mattress we bought from Amart (not AMart's fault) We had approached the mattress manufacturer and had no satisfaction with our dilemma. AMart's Assistant Manager, Gary, and Rhiana (who was a very knowledgeable girl) sorted it out 100%. We've moved to Cairns from Sydney and had purchased several items from them and they have kept us very happy customers highly recommended.

I bought a Corner Chaise Lounge suit at Cairns. The price was reasonable and the the furniture delivered with in a day with a reasonable price. The store sales person didn't tell me that i have to assemble the furniture and big package rubbish also to be deposed by my self. I son assembled the furniture with minimum effort but package rubbish was bit much. I contacted the store manager and explained my concern , he offed me the rubbish to be collected by the delivery truck with one-off special offer. Good service (after purchase) and good price. I love ya.

Products are good - we've had a large corner lounge, dining table and chairs for almost 5 years now and the dining chairs are only now starting to struggle. Prices are good, service is the only thing somewhat lacking.

Terrible product quality. Our outdoor chairs have fallen apart twice in less than a year and the sofa cushions have compressed to pancake-thinness in the same time. They have replaced the breakages, hence the single star, but it would be so much simpler and easier for everyone if they just made decent furniture. Go to Fantastic Furniture.
