Terrible service of dry cleaning and owner. The white cloth was changed to blue and the owner never said sorry about it. She just said " I do not know and we do not have responsibility about damage of cloth". It was awesome experience. If someone want dry cleaning of white one, find other shop.

Looks like good machines and place until you use them. Not only are they the most expensive I have seen across the entire Australia they also have very small drums for the weight they claim. Then neither the regular or large machines spun my two loads properly so they came out soaking wet and I had to use the dryer a lot more than normal. Very very dissapointing and would highly recommend trying elsewhere if it is within a suitable distance for you. Edit- the owner was very good at getting in touch and refunding for bad washes. Very impressed by the response but hope the machines are adjusted or fixed so they spin properly.

I'm sure the laundry services are good, but the drycleaning is fearfully expensive, even by current Australian standards - do not go here for drycleaning services.

The washing machines are new with different sizes, the dryers are very effective, thinks to get coins 1 or 2 $ before coming.

Lots of washers & dryers which worked well. Place was clean & music was good. Reason I left off a star? Only 1 stool. Needs some chairs for patrons.

Very very expensive for self laundry. Both washing and drying. Nice clean place but very small and no chairs to sit if you want to stay for the duration of laundry for obvious reasons.

Soap and fabric softner dispensors are always working and so too is the change dispensor! Everytime im in Cairns, I bring my laundry here.

Fantastic service and friendly staff. Used Laundry Express for drop off wash and fold service while on holidays in Cairns. Very reasonably priced and extremely quick turnaround. They even delivered the cleaned and folded laundry back to our hotel (across the road). Would highly recommend.
