Saturday my son had asthma attack. We was to the emergency, what an excellent service we received from reception, nurses, doctors and staff. They are like an angel to us. May Allah bless them. Me and my family are praying for all staff who are working in the hospital for their bright future.

Very pathetic, poor service. Infact zero.
I have been to birthing unit last Saturday.
Have been assessed and was left with the choice of either walk, stroll or breathing techniques. After 3 hours of ignorance my husband and I decided to talk to a midwife. She mentioned it's very early stage of labour and they can't do much and m free to go home n ring them back. I asked her when should we come back? She defined the high intense pain as ; 3 or 4 strong contractions within 10 minutes; I did mentioned that what I was having at that time. But again they couldn't keep me under observations. So we finally left the hospital.
We reached home around 7.45pm and my baby girl was born at 9.30pm at home in my bathroom.
Such a horrible service at the birthing unit. This unit should be where women needs the priority and proper care.

we are really please with their birthing unit and maternity wards.

We had our second child here and our experience was beyond any imagination. The midwives were so supportive and compassionate. They gave us a very personal service at the birthing unit. Even after the birth, staying in the ward was pleasant as well. Doctors, caregivers everyone was exceptional. We are very happy with their service.

Though one thing I want to mention, our experience in their emergency was not positive. The waiting time was too long, almost unbearable. But I guess that's the case with most of the NSW hospitals.

My husband recently had an operation and stayed over night, said staff, nurses and doctors were all 1st class. The ward was A1. Was so impressed with this hospital

Wait 3 Hours in Emergency, Despite of having much pain, but their understanding is if you don't have High Fever or if you are not bleeding, You need to wait 3-4 Hours before they check up you. I think they should rename Emergency to Wait Area or Test your Patience Area. We don't want to create a scene by shouting or disrespecting but we also deserve a real sense of diagnostics from their Emergency Staff on who is really in Pain and who is just there for other reasons. I know people exploit the system and thus hospitals needs to follow some procedure to filter out Emergencies but sometime the decision to select priority emergency is not correct. Please improve your decision making skills in Emergency to treat real patients.

Extraordinary services provided by all staff- receptionist, doctors, midwives of peri-op unit. I am very very happy that my delivery was done at this hospital. Everything was very well organised and very well executed.

Absolutely disgusted in this hospital. I took my 4 year old daughter (2 year old son had to come with us as dad was interstate) to see if she needed stitches. It was 10.30pm Monday the 23rd January 2017. Triage nurse called a doctor to look at wound, they said yes and I'll have to wait for referral papers to Liverpool hospital. 6 hours. 6 hours I waited in the waiting room. With two kids. Finally got them to sleep at 2am to be called in finally to see a doctor at 4.30am. Wanna know what the doctor said? Go home. It will heal on its own. I broke down. What a complete waste of my time. And to put 2 young kids through that. Disgusting. Why put anyone through that? Something needs to change at this hospital.

Went twice, after waiting for more than 2 hours after being reviewed by a nurse, gave up and left to get medical attention somewhere else. No consideration. We were only 3 patients waiting there yet doctors come out calling names of people that where not there. 2 of us left. You might as well stay home and die. Disgraceful. Never got to have the service of care. I have been assisted in many hospitals never once I left without being seen by a professional. Seriously get your act together you are looking after peoples lives.
