Staff not over friendly. Long wait time to pick up and return vehicle. Located around 3.5 kl from Penrith. The public transport is not good. They do not offer lift to station.

I have used this Hertz location twice, both times I have been quite satisfied. The service has been fast and efficient, no issues with the corporate booking. The cars have been clean and correct.
I would happily use them again in the future.

When picking up the car the staff member was not really good. I use so many rental cars but this is the first site who asked for the return vehicle with fuel receipt. And next day when I returned the vehicle and presented the receipt the staff member (different from yesterday) said no it is not necessary.
