  Great icecream but the service wasn't the greatest which kind of spoils it.

  Staff were very rude. Asked for a serviette and woman ignored my request. Waited a minute and asked again, was told ‘can you wait’. Waited another 2 minutes and the lady placed the serviette down the other end of the service desk and ignored me. Terrible service! Won’t be returning!

  Staff wouldn't let paying customers use the toilet as they'd "already cleaned them" despite the fact that they are still open and serving customers.
  
  Terrible customer service wouldn't recommend it to anyone
