Thank you to Badal and Shruti who immediately attended our property that had rainwater ingress into three rooms. The damage has been reduced thanks to your prompt response.

This company does not clean furniture. They left a dining chair outside for 3 months after a house fire.They scratched my 2000 dollar bedroom suite either taking it from the premises or returning it. My coffee machine was returned without its accessories as was my vacuum cleaner. Glasses broken, dinner set returned with cracks in coffee mug. Dining table returned with bubbles from the the fire. The worse is I returned home and knew my mattress had not been cleaned. Took it up with my insurance company (cgu) and 3 times have been told it was professionally cleaned. Within weeks I had been bitten while sleeping. My doctor has confirmed it is bed bugs! Do Not store your items particularly furnishings with Steamamactic Adelaide!
