Dr Greg and his team are kind, caring, understanding and great at what they do. I would and have recommended Greg to anyone. I feel safe with Dr Greg which is so very important to me. I hadn't been to the Dentist in over 10 years before seeing Greg. I explained my past and my fears and he understood. He always checks in with me during appointments and gives me the control. I can't recommend him enough. Thank You.

All they care about is money! Very poor communication between the receptionist and the dentist. I was told that the first appointment will last 1 hour and will include assessments, scans and treatment plan, however the appointment lasted less than 25 minutes and for the rest of the time I was provided an extra service without discussing the cost and ended up paying way more than what they told me.

I have a severe aversion to any kind of dental procedures from trauma in my childhood, along with aversions to various sensations that make seeing a dentist very difficult. I don’t go unless I absolutely have to. Luckily for me, I was sent to the Heights Dental and saw Dr Greg.

I had to have several appointments to sort out the issues with my teeth and Dr Greg and his nurses did all they could to make me feel comfortable. They took on board the issues I had and tried their best to work around them. It had been so long since I had seen a dentist I was sure I was going to lose one tooth but Dr Greg did such a fantastic job you would never know I had an issue.

I am so grateful to him and his staff and while I certainly don’t jump at the opportunity to visit a dentist, I’m glad that I’ve found a place that goes out of their way to make the experience as painless as possible.

Thank you Dentist Greg and the team what a lovely practice you have. I am a new client and had a first appointment on Thursday. Greg was very thorough going through my dental history, diet, habits etc to determine what dental care I needed. He even brought to my attention some things about my teeth/gums that I didn't even know about, or knew they were there and my previous dentist never said anything about it, so I assumed it was normal. Very happy I made the change. My 4r old daughter is already a patient and Greg is so fantastic with children also.

The whole team at The Heights is very professional and knowledgeable yet has a personal touch. Dr Greg takes the time to explain things and ensures that his patient understands the recommended treatment plan. Erin at the front desk is exceptional at what she does and makes you feel at home the instant you step through the door. Highly recommended.
