I had a contractor hire a fork through Heavy Lift. At the last minute Heavy Lift raised the hire price, meaning we couldn't get an alternative fork from elsewhere at the last minute and were stuck paying the higher price. To top it off the fork they delivered was only partially charged, and the battery then expired, after being recharged, after only a half hours use. We were in a high pressure situation and required the fork to work that day, but it ended up being able to be run for less than half the day. There was then no reduction in cost offered, despite our contractor requesting one, due to the fact the fork was useless to us for more than 50% of the time hired. We subsequently hired another fork from an alternative local supplier who was vastly preferable in price, quality and customer service. This was a very poor experience and I would highly recommend against taking business to Heavy Lift.

These guys are fantastic. Heavy Lifts have been working on our forks now for a bit over a year and always do a great job. They have helped us many times on incredibly short notice, enabling our forks to keep running. Thanks guys.
