I went here to buy paper bags for my Hoover. I was presented with a much much more expensive type filter bag. I said I asked you for a paper one. His reply was that they don't sell them anymore because they are no good for the machine.
I said I can't afford them, he said ok and put them back up and ignored me. Not first time uncomfortable coming there.response / report this review -

OH MY GOD. Just got a power motor head vacuum (top of the range) Wertheim 7series kit with stick vacuum with diverter. One room in my house filled stick vacuum twice. The proper vacuum filled the diverter 12 times plus filled the bag 1/4 of the way. I've vacuumed religiously level of (OCD) once a week sometime even twice. Looks like I'm ashamed to say it. Reality is we've never vacuum the house once in the 40 years, If you have carpet in your house, Everything else in the market is just rubbish. Bless Narry.🙏🛐 For opening our eyes.

That is what you call customer service.
Walked in today, a bit hesitant, not 100% sure what we wanted. Danny came and had a chat- showed us multiple options, in various price category's. Let us have multiple moments to talk privately and figure out what we wanted and we ended up buying an incredible cleaner that we didn't even know existed before we walked in those doors. Danny answered every question we had with complete honesty, gave us a demo of the models and had a good laugh with us. I also loved that Godfrey's completely deal with warranty instore, so reassuring! Thank you Danny!!!response / report this review -

Fantastic team and professional advice and curtesy always welcoming and willing to help.
We bought already 5 products/ appliances and couldn’t be happier. Each time we’re visiting Gepps Cross store in Adelaide we are very excited about this great team, new products and offers.
