  I placed an order recently with Star Florist and the service was second to none. The flowers I wanted initially weren't in stock, and though I was very disappointed, I found another arrangement and requested some changes and they were more than accommodating. The recipient of the flowers loved them and when she sent me an image, I was blown away. They did a better job than the photo, so I am super appreciative of the effort they went to to make this a positive experience. Highly recommended and won't hesitate to use them again in future. Thank you!

  I received flowers delivered for my birthday from my sister in the US. The flower arrangement itself was nice, however after showing her via video chat, it clearly wasn't what she ordered. The arrangement was supposed to be native Australian flowers, but it only had a few proteas and the majority were other flowers including carnations (which horrified my sister). She'd also ordered for delivery on Friday, but they arrived on Saturday. They didn't even ring the doorbell, just left it on the porch; it was lucky my sister checked if they'd arrived otherwise they would have been sitting in the heat outside all day.
  A card comes with the flowers saying they need to be watered; I watered them and clearly they aren't well enclosed inside as the cardboard container is disintegrating, so I've had to put the whole thing in a bowl so it doesn't leak everywhere.

  Ordering from them was a mistake. Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday - the flowers were not delivered to the correct address (the courier just dropped them at another address without even ringing the bell asking for the correct address - they would have told him to go upstairs) - my mum never received the flowers and they refuse to give me a refund. They guarantee 100% satisfaction on their site - I'm not even 1% satisfied.

  Terribly disappointing and shocked at what was sent for my grandsons birth. So not what was pictured, not even close. I do accept that the flowers in the picture may not be available, but the entire arrangement wasn't even close. It wasn't the correct size, shape, colours, not even the pot was correct, my arrangement had a blue and yellow and pink look about it in the pictures and I paid $207 for bright ugly orange and red flowers that I didn't order, also ordered green and yellow (sunflower) arrangement and was sent leftover orange and green flowers , once again nothing like the picture .. my daughter ordered a smaller posy and got more leftovers from my arrangement and foliage, while the picture was basically all flowers, again the shape also completely wrong & wrong colours. There website pictures are completely wrong and misleading. Its not just a flower difference but its a completely different arrangement of absolutely whatever they like. Will never ever ever use these people again!!!!!!

  The flowers were beautifully arranged for our wedding. We absolutely loved it and happy to have Star Florist to decorate our house and reception. The prices are very affordable. We will definitely use their service for our next function. Highly recommended!

  Excellent service! Highly recommend for everyone.
  
  I made a last minute order for my boss on his birthday party and required to be delivered 2 hours later. It was such a relief after seeing the delivery man. The flowers were so fresh, nicely arranged and delivered half an hour earlier than the time in my request (my note for them was ' A.S.A.P, no later than 14:00 pm" ). Star Florist really saved me that time. Thanks again! Al Tran
