  The service is great, knowledgeable technicians. I highly recommend them for your security cameras and alarms. Very trustworthy service, Paul is a great guy to deal with.

  We had an urgent commercial security requirement that wasn't altogether straightforward. Both Paul and Hayden were fantastic to deal with and had us sorted and up and running within the week. Hayden even took care of some additional programming queries. Both service and solution were excellent.

  Paul and the team at Eversafe were excellent. Installation was seamless, tech team were friendly and really informative. They patiently explained how to use the system and took me through all the apps and set up process. They took great care installing the system and everything was left clean and tidy. Love the system, easy to use, so happy I trusted my security to Eversafe.

  I have recently had a security system installed by Eversafe Australia. I found the booking easy, the organisation re installation date and arrival times to be very efficient. The technicians were scheduled and arrived on time. They were efficient, knowledgeable and professional
  in their installation. They explained every step of the installation and double checked to ensure their work met my understanding of what was to be installed. I was given detailed explanation of the working of the system as well as assistance with downloading and using the app. I can recommend Eversafe and employees highly for their efficient, supportive and professional approach.,

  This company is very good at taking your money and charging , but once they have your money forget about customer service . The only time you will hear from them is to ask for more money.
  
  We had a problem with our alarm service and despite several calls for Paul Mace to call and an email we are still waiting to be contacted :(
  
  We were contacted by this company to say there was a problem with the alarm and would need to send a tech . At that point we were informed that we had not been monitored for anywhere between 6-12 months (despite that we had paid for this service) Their tech who came out to fix our system was late and had apperntly disconnected the siren , we were then charged for the techs time and when we called the company to ask about this bill , Paul Mace was very rude and abrupt

  Paul and the team were great. I asked for a urgent quote and Paul rushed to our house on short notice which was appreciated.
  Overall very happy with our product and the level of customer service we received throughout the entire process. The team that was sent out to install our Alarm and CCTV were a lovely bunch of guys to have in our home. All well mannered and friendly.
  Also Georgia on reception is a delight to deal with.
  Would happily use again and recommend to family & friends.
