I recently visited Grown Florist to purchase flowers for my mother’s funeral. I met Stephanie, & I knew immediately she knew exactly what I wanted.
The flowers were delivered as instructed & were absolutely amazing.
The funeral director said they had never seen such beautiful flowers.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Disappointingly, by far the most aggressive customer service I have encountered. Given the current climate I have been making an effort to support local businesses. Today was no exception. I purchased a posy of the day and paid $75 only to be yelled at in a hostile and irratible tone. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. This was no mismatched expectation on my part or simply a bad for this particular staff member. She was unable to perform under pressure and instead of politely asking what I had ordered she screamed at me across the shop with the expectation that I knew where the flowers were located in the shop. My partner and I were absolutely horrified at this behaviour. Unfortunately, the staff working alongside her did not offer to assist her in locating the flowers. Instead they remained silent. I would suggest the business invests in training staff in adequate customer service and starts hiring people with robust people skills. It’s critical that the business owner stays on top of every component of their business; from sales and inventory, to staffing and customer service. I will not be purchasing from this store ever again. No one is deserving to be treated in this manner, especially when customers are polite and supportive of business. Quite frankly overpriced for this level of hostility. I can think of a handful of other florists in the area that have been much more grateful for my purchases and much more genuine in their customer service.

I would just like to say a big thank you for the beautiful bouquets and bridal table flowers provided for our wedding. Everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. Nothing was too hard, although we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid, & Grown Florist we’re very flexible and accommodating. Everything was communicated really well and on time delivery in the morning.

I love visiting Grown and wandering through the cool room, filled with a vibrant, colourful display of fresh cut locally grown and imported flowers. Such a treat, great prices, and lovely, helpful staff. I highly recommend this florist.

Ordered flowers for my engagement from here. Was VERY specific in what i wanted and what i did not want. Arrived to the venue and was horrified when i saw what had been delivered. NOT what i asked for and definitely NOT what i wanted to see on my special day, what i was given was no where near worth what i had paid. Really really really disappointing.
