Booked & went in this morning for the replacement of my Brompton Bottom Bracket Replacement( Voluntary Recall from the Brompton CEO)
The Mechanic Tosh was most cordial, helpful & efficient. I hardly got home(walking) when I had the phone call to say it's all completed & ready for pickup.
My bike had a quick rub down& my tyres pumped. As well he attached the back tail light onto my helmet.
    Service with a smile.
    Thank you

I am absolutely thrilled with my new bike that I bought from these guys. They ordered it in for me and I had it within a day. I was helped out by Anthony: he gave me great information about the bike and helped me make a decision I'd been sitting on for a long time. Helpful, even when I turned up just before closing time to pick it up. Thank you!

Damn man!!! Do you remember when this place used to be St Kilda's very best and only Video Hiring VCR store?!!! That was until they ceased to exist in the early 2000's?!! Such a shame

I left my bike to them to get my back tire fixed. When I came back to pick it up two days later both of my tires were flat without any reason.
Therefore I had to inflate them myself with their pump. Then I rode one meter out of their shop and the from tire blown up. I had 30 min left to get to my job so they fixed it for me and charged 15 bucks for 2 min of their extra time + the price of the new tires ( but that's normal).

Where do I begin A brought my bike (a folding bike that they stock) in for repair. After *8 months* of waiting I finally start calling them every day to get it done but when they finally do get around to fixing the bike and ship it to me (along with a $600 bill to boot) it shows up with *NO PEDALS* (seriously?) and also some other critical components missing. So after repeated efforts to try to get these parts returned to me the answer is still "sometime next week". Trust me, there are other bike shops who actually care about their customers. Take your business elsewhere.

Although some of the staff are actually good but based on my current dealings and considering the communication etiquette of the staff I have dealt with, I would rate this business poorly The staff seems utterly unwelcoming, uninterested and sometimes just plain rude! In my personal business experience this type of thing happens when the owmer of a business is not very friendly And I was right When I spoke to the owner I felt like I was talking to a cardboard! And a very dry one at that! And some staff just seem to not have very good manners!
The after sales service makes you feel like you owe them Thats just exactly how I felt Only deal with this shop if you really have to and do not have alternatives!!

There was an issue with our hire booking so we didn't get to ride on the day. The staff were very professional about the whole issue though and have more than made up for the mix up. A good bunch of people to deal with.
