  You need to bring your own change, lots of dollar coins, their is a mixture older, newer, and out of order washing machines and dryers, not many chairs for sitting and waiting, too cramped and small for sitting anyway, but within reach of cafes for a coffee while you wait.

  They did a good job and the pricing was very reasonable. There were however many false promises on when to come in and collect the goods, leading to me coming to pick up nothing 3 times. Besides that, they offered a good service at a reasonable rate.

  I leave my work shirts to be washed and ironed every week, and occasionally leave dry cleaning too. I have found the staff to be very friendly and the quality of the service is great. The generous opening hours also make this place very convenient for working people.

  Ive been dropping my laundry here for about 2 years for wash/fold and I’m not sure where the negative reviews come from. That almost scared me away, but I just gave them a shot and they have been great. Always friendly staff and flexible with pick up times. I actually forgot a small bag of linen with them for almost 6 months when I left the country for a trip and when I came back to drop off laundry after that time they still had it and remembered me. Maybe the bad reviews are in the dust now, but I’ve had nothing short of a very positive experience.

  They are great. With the exception of 'Maria' who is the rudest staff member on the planet. But they do a great job every time and on the off chance there's an issue, they'll always re-dry clean something at no charge. Every other staff member (again with the exception of Maria) is accomodating, friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars if not for Maria.

  Horrific Job
  Put washing in for a wash dry fold service and instead I got bearly clean washing returned to me after being thrown in couple of plastic bags and a $192 bill.

  So unappeased with this laundromat really. I was told to find my own dry cleaning on one occasion and, on another had my washing stolen a whole sheet and cover set with pillowcases euro cases. Ridiculous. Spoke to another person who had the same thing happen.
  
  Would rather call the guy at Toorak laundry and have him pick up and deliver my stuff.
