  Broken down on the side of the road with a new superduke 1290. Mechanic was on a break so I had to wait for a return phone call. After 3 hours i called them back. Mechanic did not even want to talk to me or offer advise. Sales rep just said I needed to get the bike to them even though I was stranded.

  Good customer service and mechanics. I like to do alot of my own work which they provide great advice for but will also do any major repairs for me with a timely turn around. Highly recommended.
