Nice hotel rooms are spacious enough and in room dining meal was substantial.

Nice place for a short stay. Decent sized rooms with TVs in bedroom and lounge. Lovely view of Docklands from the small balcony. Couch wasn't very comfortable, bit too upright. Getting through parking entrance is a bit ridiculous as sensor for the car is too far forward and sensor for the room key is too far back so even with a passenger, someone has to get out to swipe.

Phone didn't work, TCL TV (took 10 minutes to figure out how to use: no instructions). Great room, fitted out really nicely and quite large size. No food service after 9pm and a hassle trying to let Uber Eats deliver to the room. Also no bath robes. Good value.

Great location, friendly staff, Great apartment, BUT $25 a day for parking was way to steep and the cleaner who did our room didn't clean any of the sliding glass doors in the lounge room as there was finger prints all over the glass, and unfortunately the beds in the master bed room needed to be changed as I didn't get any sleep the first night as you rolled into the middle of the bed, way to soft. The second night I took a sleeping tablet to ensure I got a good night sleep, and I did. Lol

Fantastic accommodation. Our suite was spacious, staff friendly and helpful. Together with good location, perfect view and amenities like swimming pool or sauna, I will be happy to return when I travel to Melbourne again.

the apartments were roomy and had a good view. The whole apartment needed a good clean, walls had black marks, light switches were sticky and had black finger marks, the rubbish bin under the sink was smelly due to a new plastic bag put in on top of smelly liquid and food scraps. We had 2 adults and 3 children and there were only 4 cups, plates etc despite the knowledge that there were 5 people.

They advertised their place as "docklands serviced apartments" which was confusing and their main building doesn't have the number 18 on it so we circled around for a good half hour and finally went in to just ask if they can show us where to go and turns out that THEY ARE the "docklands serviced apartments". After they confirmed that our reservation is with them, they told us that check in time is at 2 so we left our bags with them and left to have lunch. Came back at about 4:30, our apartment was still not ready!!! They gave us some coupons for free drinks at their cafe/bar and told us it wouldn't take too long. Finally we had our apartment at about 5:30 which is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional for any hotel/serviced apartment. Their explanation to this was that they had a new cleaning team and the new team couldn't manage
Other than all the miscommunication and delays, the rooms are big and clean and the staff were friendly.response / report this review -

Great place for couples or families. I love the harbour view with a balcony for fresh air. Staff are helpful and the establishment is very secure. Rooms are modern.

Comfortable hotel , despite pool being closed for maintenance for entire stay, room not serviced on 4th day no voucher left, we were given clean towels, toilet roll, milk coffee eventually after complaining.
Checkout nightmare after partner leaving a lap top in room , ie Staff member(not the original check out person) was terrible as she fumbled her way into opening room ( two attempts whilst transfer bus was waiting to go to airport.
Luckily the driver was patient , he waited a good fifteen minutes due to Sebel staff member , not knowing how to unlock a door with a card, luckily the original check out staff member rescued the situation.

The room and view was absolutely incredible. We had such a great stay.. however being TRIPLE charged for the room, having to fight with unhelpful staff to get my refund, being treated like an idiot and then having to wait ages to have the money returned to me was awful. I wasn't even given a proper apology, and nothing in return for the MASSIVE inconvenience i was caused with having all the grocery, bills and direct debit money taken from my account. I had to borrow money off my parents to get my family by and having my bank account overdrawn, i was charged fees by the bank and other direct debit companies that couldn't be paid as i had no money! After having such a wonderful stay it was such a shame to be put through so much distress and financial strain. I had intended to stay there again but cannot trust them at all now. WHAT A SHAME!
