Only car on arrival, asked if I could get it back within 2 hours. 2 hpurs later asked for another 1/2 hour as they had not even started my car but had at least 5 others they had completed. Very poor.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars, more checking when finishing as there were water marks on the console inside and on passenger door and rear door. For $100 I would expect these would have been picked up. We were still happy with the rest of the job.

Just went to Silver Sponge at Warwick to get my car cleaned and was hoping to get the “inside and out” package.

It was 3:30pm when I got there so I spoke to the guy who came out of the office and he said that they cant clean my car and do the inside and out today because they are hoping to leave at 4:00-4:30pm??

I checked the website before I left home and it says - CLOSES AT 5:00PM???

Please change your website to say we will close when we feel like it and will clean your car if we feel like it

Will be taking it somewhere else tomorrow!!

*** Thanks for your reply but I can confirm there were NO other cars there so I dont know what you supposedly investigated, there was no one there!!!

Took my car here after recommendation of my mom. They were quick with the response to seeing me, i showed certain spots that need extra care and they said they would do their best. Got my car back in immaculate condition. Best car wash I've ever had. it felt like getting into brand new car. will always go back to them from now on.

I went to these guys with a special request for the interior of my car and they did it for me no worries! They were friendly, fast and did exactly what I asked them to do. I’ll definitely be coming back next time my car needs a good clean :)
